They keep charging my organization for URL renewal but I can not change any whois info. Can anyone help?? Then after complaining I was told that I could move it in 60 days. They fessed up that they are only a reseller and have to play by someone elses rules. They flat out said "We are not a registrar." I can`t believe PCMag said they were the best. They have the worst service I`ve ever encountered. Yes, I was able to get someone on the phone which is rare, but the quality of all 3 reps I spoke to were SUB PAR! I will continue to give my business to GoDaddy. They told me today (11/28/06) that problem would be fixed in JANUARY 2007, unless I wanted to upgrade service, in which case it could be fixed immediately. Outrageous.
