Their prices got very high, and when you try to transfer a domain away, it fails, and they don`t answer their emails or phone calls to try to get the transfer problem resolved. Stay FAR AWAY from these people! "GISOL did not deliberately” allow your domain to expire. Alldomains/Dotster, which was your domains registrar, locked GISOL out of their account prohibiting the renewal of any domain. Their subsidiary, SnapNames.com was then used as a backorder service to grab these domain names and attempt to resell them back to our customers at a significant profit. When you attempted to renew your domain name through our system, it sent the request through, however it could not be completed because Alldomains/Dotster declined the renewal request."
