They used to be very good for a simple domain. I stayed with them and was happy with their e-mail support. They answered in 24 hours. I`ve been wanting to add other services such as a shopping cart. Right now they can`t even get my e-mail working and ignore all my requests for help. Their attempts to improve services have only made things worse. I can only get my e-mail on their website and it disappears before my eyes. Their phone support is as stumped as I am and refer it to "top level" Then I never hear from them. This has been going on for about 6 months. The only reason I haven`t left yet is I have been burned so bad and lost so many customers that I am reviewing the other hosting companies very carefully before I move on. Don`t use them!! You can get better support and won`t have to pay for the extra services that hostway charges for. They charge for every little extra that many companies give as freebies.
