Their customer service is very corteous and knowledgable. They always go that extra mile to make the customer comfortable. They have got all the services under one roof. You can contact them by email, chat, phone and all these support facility is free of cost. I recommend register.com to everyone, you will not be disappointed. Their tech support is very illiterate. One person does not know what the other one is doing, or did previously. Their automated system is very inaccurate. If you have a certain price per domain, every other week the system is charging you something different and when you call to correct things their customer support gives you an attitude and tells you "if you don't like it, go somewhere else!". Also, if you are a customer of Register.com and decide that you've had enough of their incompetence, and decide that you want to transfer to a different registrar, they make your life a living hell by stalling until your domains expire, so you either renew with them for another year or you lose the domain. I think they may be in the middle of some kind of major server failure, and they are giving the excuse that they are upgrading their email servers. They will not give a time frame, and I have received no business email on several accounts for days. I keep getting scripted responses. They are full of it and I am afraid to leave for the same reasons Eddie lists. Nothing but headaches and problems. I highly don`t recommend.
